Just thought I would let everybody know, Luna is now well on her way to recovery and has actually started eating again. Her eyes still leak a little now and then, but not much at all and she keeps her eyes open now most of the time.
She ended up with an abscess on top of it all, but as we all know, these things hit you when you are already run down and she definitely was.
However, the good news is the vet has lanced the abscess and all being well it should heal up nicely. We are having to keep an eye on it and clean it out if necessary with salt water and she has antibiotics that we have to give her once a day with a syringe, but I will just mix it with pellet mash as she enjoys that now and give it to her that way.
